LATINA DUTCH DOUBLE WALL 420 ML - Cold Drip Coffee Maker
Latina Dutch Double Wall merupakan sebuah Cold drip yang didesain minimalis hanya dengan frame kayu sederhana yang ditumpuk menjadi cold drip tower dan siap dipakai. Cold Drip ini dilengkapi dengan kaca double wall yang dapat menjaga suhu dalam sehingga tidak banyak dipengaruhi oleh luar.
Cold Drip merupakan salah satu teknik menyeduh kopi dengan air dingin atau suhu ruangan yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi keasaaman pada kopi dan menciptakan cita rasa kopi dengan sensasi winey atau rasa buah-buahan.
Menyeduh kopi dengan air dingin, memerlukan waktu yang lebih panjang kisaran 10-12 jam karena zat aromatik dalam kopi lambat melarut di suhu dingin untuk menyeduh/menetes kopi ekstrak.
Cara penggunaan Latina Dutch Double Wall
Rasio 1:6
1. Masukan bubuk kopi gilingan medium (lebih halus dari V60) sebanyak 60 gr ke tabung tengah.
2. Pastikan bubuk kopi merata dengan menepuk tabung.
3. Letakan selembar filter diatas bubuk kopi untuk mendistribusikan air secara merata (Filter bisa menggunakan filter aeropress atau yang berdiameter 63 mm)
4. Masukan air sebanyak 420 ml ke dalam tabung atas
5. Atur keran sesuai target yang dibutuhkan.
Ditargetkan waktu seduh 10 jam dengan volume 1 ml per menit, maka memerlukan 10 tetes per menit
Catatan:
Jika keran air terlalu cepat rasa kopi akan encer atau tawar dan ruang seduh akan banjir
Jika keran air terlalu lambat rasa kopi akan sepat dan pahit
Cara penyimpanan:
Dapat dimasukan ke dalam wadah yang tertutup
dan dimasukan ke dalam kulkas chiller agar kualitas tetap terjaga.
Cara perawatan:
Cukup di cuci dan dikeringkan
Hati-hati dalam mencuci ruang seduh, pastikan mesh filter tidak ikut terbuang.

Latina Dutch Double Wall is a minimalist cold drip that is designed with only a simple wooden frame that is stacked into a cold drip tower and is ready for use. Cold Drip is equipped with double wall glass that can be used indoors.
Cold Drip is a technique of brewing coffee with cold water or room temperature which aims to reduce the acidity of coffee and create a coffee flavor with a winey or fruity taste.
Brewing coffee with cold water, takes a longer time range of 10-12 hours because the aromatic substances in coffee are slow to dissolve in cold temperatures to brew / drip coffee extract.
How to use Latina Dutch Double Wall
Ratio 1: 6
1. Put 60 grams of ground coffee powder medium (finer than V60) into the middle tube.
2. Make sure the coffee grounds are evenly distributed by tapping the tube.
3. Place a sheet of filter on top of the coffee grounds to distribute the water evenly (Filters can use an aeropress filter or a diameter of 63 mm)
4. Put 420 ml of water into the top tube
5. Set the tap according to the required target.
It is targeted that the brewing time is 10 hours with a volume of 1 ml per minute, so it requires 10 drops per minute
Note:
If the water tap is too fast, the coffee will taste weak or tasteless and the brewing room will floor.
If the tap is too slow, the coffee will taste strong and bitter
Storage way:
Can be put in a closed container
and put it in the chiller refrigerator so that the quality is maintained.

Simply wash and dry
